HOW IT WORKS
The Kaptive Beam system utilizes an aluminum beam extrusion with a unique head assembly that moves smoothly within a vertical aluminum track. A spring-loaded trigger mechanism enables automatic locking at multiple heights within the trailer. The unique track and low-profile design allow for easy installation in most trailer configurations and reduce the risk of snagging by forklifts.

This means you can easily integrate it with your existing equipment, making it a cost-effective and user-friendly solution. With beams that store at ceiling level and a load capacity of 500 lbs per linear foot, the K1 system boosts trailer space and minimizes handling time.
K2 Kaptive Beam
Kinedyne’s K2 system is an industry-leading, load-optimizing solution designed for maximum cargo capacity. Its custom track and dedicated K2 fittings provide a secure, heavy-duty setup ideal for both decking and shoring. Built for durability and wear resistance, the K2 uses the entire floor-to-ceiling height of the trailer to maximize space. Beams easily slide down to create a solid deck or barrier, then store neatly at the ceiling when not in use.
